Partial Event Design & Planning


Ideal for clients who have already begun planning and are seeking a collaborative planner to provide guidance and support for the remainder of the process.

  • You’ve started planning and need guidance, we step in to keep everything on track and ensure a smooth path to your event day. This includes assistance with event styling and design, vendor recommendations, logistical support, and review of contracts and orders. We check in each month to make sure everything is managed and running smoothly.

    Includes:

    • Once a month communication via scheduled check-ins (email & calls)

    • Vendor recommendations & reviews (based on style, budget & location)

    • Guidance and recommendations on vendors, rentals, and décor selections

  • You’ve secured your vendors and completed most of your planning, but want a professional to step in during the last few months to tie up all the loose ends. Two months before your big day, we take over logistics, communicate with vendors, finalize timelines, and ensure every detail is accounted for. We handle communication, coordination, and execution so you can relax and enjoy your celebration with confidence, knowing a trusted team is managing it all seamlessly.

    • Step in ~2 months prior to event date

    • 3-4 planning meeting

    • Review of vendor contracts and event logistics

    • Venue walkthrough and layout review

For the confident planner who just needs a pro to take the reins on the event day.

  • Perfect for clients who’ve handled all the planning, design, and vendor coordination but want expert management on the big day. We provide tools and guidance leading up to the event with templates and checklists, then step in on the day itself to ensure everything unfolds exactly as you envisioned. You handle the prep; we handle the execution.

    Includes:

    • Provision of planning tools, including timeline and checklist templates

    • 2 coordination calls 2–3 weeks prior to the event to review plans

    • Guidance and templet for day-of schedule and vendor contact

    • Full day-of event management, including vendor direction and timeline execution

    • Oversee setup, breakdown, and styling of details provided by the client

    • Unlimited communication starting 2 weeks prior to event
